According to a news from Toshiba Medical System Corporation has announced that it will acquired total stake in Vital Images Inc ( NASDAQ: VTAL ),medical imaging software company, on a takeover bid at $ 18.75 a share by no later than May 11, 2011.
Shares of the Vital Images Inc ( NASDAQ: VTAL ) gained 33 % in after hours trading session and closed at $ 18.62. There is a little upside left for trading point of view as bidding price is just close to $18.75 per share.
